Over the last ten years I have spent a great deal of time exploring the wilds of Yosemite through numerous backpacking, climbing, and mountaineering adventures.  My art has been deeply informed by the grandeur and solitude that can be found there.  I have undertaken numerous projects involving the place, some of them tend to glamorize unspoiled nature while others speak of the endless and unavoidable human impact and development that surrounds the Yosemite Valley.
